1.If you wish to Donate online, can be done through our secure payment facility, using a valid credit card, which must be in your own name. We accept Visa and Master card only. 

2.Donations can be done in cash by depositing it on the given account number.

2. Bookings are guaranteed – not provisional.

4. Booking Receipt – Booking Receipts should be shown at the time of Puja.

MANDATE

"We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having
exceeded the preset limit  mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time"

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

No refund would be provided once the donation or booking has been made through website.

Due care is taken that the Devasthan Committee is able to meet its commitments. However, in no case the officials, representatives and employees of Devasthan Committee are liable for any damages relating to the services offered by the organization. 

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING 

All dates and times stated are IST. Each booking online is guaranteed. The confirmation Receipt number provided for each booking will guarantee your Puja or Sewa at Mahalaxmi Mandir. This number will appear immediately on your booking receipt. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

We cannot accept any liability where the Puja booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, act of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, closures of airports, ports and/or ferries, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control.
